Personally, with B2 coming in as a secondary defender, from the weak side I'm assuming, and trying to draw the charge, I would allow the L to officiate that play. I woiuld stay with the primary defender and trust my partner to pick up the secondary defender. But since you didn't really specify some things like location on the floor, B2's movement, etc. I'm guessing.
