Do your best to call at the level you are on. Rarely do I raise my hand on an oob play in a high school game. I usually just point the way we are going. And for those who say, "oh my!" get real! The game is changing get on the band wagon or get off. Because it will soon be changed in high school.
Yikes...I've never had much fun working with "my way or highway partners." Use college mechanics during high school games around here and you'll never get a playoff game. When in Rome, do as the Romans.
