some of the mid-major level d-1 conferences and the ACC wear the nba style shirt. it was announced at the d-1 meatings pior to the season. though i have heard that the nc2a is not happy with the decision. (the rule book specifies white and black striped shirt as officials uniform) i think they look better than the traditional black and white.
