Actually, this is a correctable error. My point was only that the blame for this kind of error should not be assigned to the umps.
I'd get the two coaches together, with both books, find out when the third out was made, cancel all runs and plays after that, then continue with the game.
We're not only out there to call the game, but to make the game is called fairly!
