Saw this over the weekend...

R1 on 1st base
Batter strikes out, runner steals 2nd. Next batter comes up, singles in R1.
Next batter grounds out to 1b for the 4th out. Umpires do not realize this until between innings.
What is the appropriate appeal for this?
