old reffs never die, they just reincarnate into newbies! Truthfully, I have found "old" reffs to be a valuable asset! for one, they tell war stories, and some can give you a different perspective on the game and teach you how to be a reff. Others, continue on and still officiate, even though they are OLD, there are a few of those in my area...
