I can see why mccrowder says TOP and bob jenkins says TOI. It is not specifically spelled out in 8-4-1g.
In the BRD, play 273, Carl says in FED it is the Time Of Interference. In NCAA it is the TOP unless there is an intervening play. In OBR, it's TOI according to Rule 2.00 INTERFERENCE (a).
