Well, my plan is to shake this one off...make sure I shake off the bad habits formed by the 3 game experience...and move on. I want to work for this assignor but I know how things work...I'm the new kid so hopefully he was the exception to the guys who work for him rather than the rule.

It was weird...we didnt pregame much...I asked about any special league rules (Isolation, last minute of play etc) and he didnt offer much more.

I used this as a learning. If I am ever the Referee (which I was a couple games this past Sunday), I'm going to run my games as close to book as I can. Pregame with the U. For 3rd - 6th grade, a quick special league rules review with the coaches (I've found this VERY helpful). Solid discussion with the clock person and scorers...and hopefully the correct mechanics. From there....I just gotta see it!
