If the shooting foul (B1 on A1) was after the ball was airborne, then the offensive foul (A2 on B2) happened, I do believe this is a false double foul and follow the procedure as such.

So.....what is the procedure if (1)the shot went in, or (2)the shot didn't go?

There is no rocket science here. The same ole advice prevails. Penalize them in the order they happened: I do not believe that the POI rule sneaks in here. Besides, how can you have POI if only one foul involved a shooter?
Penalty for first foul (B1 on A1):
With the lane cleared, (a) 1 FT if the shot was good, (b) 2 or 3 if the shot was not good.
Second foul (A2 on B2): there was no team possession (ball was airborne, so you cannot have a team control foul. B2 shoots FTs if they're in the bonus, otherwise, B throw-in at the spot closest to where the foul occured. If that spot is the endline, I do not believe that B gets to retain the use of the endline.
