If I recall from a talk Ed Rush gave a few years ago, all NBA officials must be over 93% (*i think*) correct in all their calls. And the call most often got wrong was out of bounds, with the officials getting it correct only 87% (once again *i think*) of the time. But this was information from 3 years ago and I'm not positive my memory is exactly right. But to answer your question, I know the NBA has looked at it in the past and I'm pretty sure they do every year. No idea how to get the information though.
