Which one is it, while making a pass or ball is fumbled?
You have to decide. If it is a fumble, A1 may recover the ball and pass or shoot (and pivot)unless another player touched the ball. If another player touched the ball, A1 can shoot, pass, or dribble (and pivot).
If it was a pass, A1 cannot touch the ball without committing an illegal dribble violation, unless another player touches the ball first.
