Have no idea, but there used to be one -- Southeast (or -ern) Referee's camp in whatever town Tennessee Tech is in. Never went, but I knew guys that did. I think Dale Kelley ran it when he was in charge of the old Metro Conference, a basketball only league that had Louisville and several other schools. That conference had some of the best college officiating in the late '80s through the mid-'90s or whenever it disbanded.
