Did you show them the shirts from e-bay, or the actual shirts which are being sold? The ones on e-bay were prototypes which were subsequently redesigned.
I am not wild about the Navy colored ones myself, since there are too many colors involved. The grey ones and the black ones aren't bad looking at all.
