Just for the record the NCAA does allow co-head coaches.
Rule 10, Section 11, Article 1
A.R. 14. A team has co-head coaches. RULING: Before the start of the game, the teamshall designate who the coach with standing privileges shall be. Both coaches shall be assessed all direct technical fouls.
The NFHS does NOT permit co-head coaches.
