I DEFINITELY wouldn't have tolerated any of that. At the first dead ball, I would have called the team captain over to me and told him to control his players, specifically the player in question. No signalling three on shots - this is the official's job. No chatter after a basket as this could be viewed as an attempt to embarass, ridicule or demean the other team.
