I have only ever had two questions from captains:
1. By an eight year old in a provincial championship tourney. She even politely raised her hand! (Cannot remember what she asked.)
2. During a game in which I was forced to referee my own school and the captain was my student, she asked "Sir, do we have a math test tomorrow."
