Let's see: IGHSAU didn't require an NFHS mark on ball, didn't require physician signature to allow an unconscious player back into game, they changed PA when ball was given to thrower, 01, 02, 03 04, 05 were legal numbers, coin toss to begin game to determine possession and then AP from thereon, coaches couldn't get indirect Ts...stuff like that....I think almost all of that changed this year to reflect NFHS regs.

One item not changing is that in IGHSAU, the spaces below the block remain open on free throws. NFHS is opposite. There is a coaches box allowed; if the coach gets a T, they sit the rest of the game except as allowed. Kneeling is a T.

Those are most of them, i think. I think I'm clear on them.
