I do agree, but when I have worked with a older crew me being the younger guy i would do the most running if possible.
but you are correct it shoudl be done the same each time.
i have worked with a guy that got over 30+ in and got in the C position and me and the other guy could not get him out of it.
it was just easier to work around him...
