I agree with Chuck. Since you said the foul is on the offense, think of the positioning as if you had a violation. If the ball is OOB by you, then report the foul, you go to new L, old L comes up and become new T and administers the throw-in, and the old C stays at C opposite the table.

If the ball is OOB across the floor from you, report the foul and stay tableside, which means you are the new C. Old C becomes new L, and the old L comes over and administers the throw-in as new T.
