!)If B2 touched the ball last before it went out of bounds, then team A would get the throw-in.
2)Depends. If the ball completely left A1's hands before the block, then A1 can legally recover the ball after the block, come down and then dribble, pass or shoot again. If the ball didn't leave A1's hands, and it is then blocked and A1 comes down with it, you have a jump ball and AP.

JR is correct on everything posted here except for the words "Depends" and "jump." In their places, he should have written, "No" and "held" as a held ball is not a violation, nor is it synonymous with a jump ball.
