It is refreshing to hear at least 1 zebra from Ohio not in lockstep with all those who are saying it was up to the OHSAA to issue a waiver beforehand.
Met him once. (not Klinger but rather Jamie Farr)

I used to be a bank manager in East Toledo. Very rich in Hungarian and other ethnicities. The owner of Tony Packo's was a client on mine so he was the one to introduce me.

Tony Packo's is the restaurant at the corner of Front and Consaul Streets in East Toledo made famous by Klinger on M*A*S*H. It opened in 1932 in the middle of the Birmingham area's ethnic roots. Famous for Hungarian hotdogs and sause, the walls there are lined with hot dog buns signed by many famous celebrities.

Packo's is currently under an expansion project buying up properties adjacent to the cafe to "preserve the Hungarian heritage and neighborhood. After removing aluminum siding from a tavern the family purchased they found a vintage late-1930s Pepsi-Cola sign underneath as large as the whole east wall and have retained an artist to restore the mural.
