I am hoping an Ohio official can point me towards the OHSAA document that would require a kid with no legs get a waiver from OHSAA before playing. I have researched and researched but must be looking in wrong places as I can't find it.

Maybe the waiver isn't required to play, its just so that no officials can say he can't play because of x. Just a thought.
