I concur, particularly with the "fan" behavior, and I would also like to add "coaches". Our crew stopped officiating Christian schools a couple of years ago due to the parents and coaches. We went back to doing the public high schools.
I have truly seen a shift in my years of officiating from one where the kids were our biggest issue to one now of the parents being the issue. For the most part, many of the kids playing today are very respectful to me, i.e. "yes sir", "no sir", "thank you"...
