Do you have multiple pairs and rotate? How many days per week do you sweat on those things?

Actually I do have multiple pairs, but each of them are in a different pair of shoes. So they only rotate, in a sense, when I switch shoes. But this depends on the week's workout and where I'm running... E.g. speedwork on a track, lsd on a relatively flat course, or hills (most of our hills have a lot of rocks)... But it's not uncommon for me to run a full week (6 days) in the same pair of shoes using the same footbed. In most cases, I can get an extra 100 to 200 miles out of a pair of shoes using "Superfeet". But it's not because "Superfeet" make the actual shoe last longer, it's mainly that it takes longer before I can feel the rocks through the shoe's sole.
