Personally no one, however, if people didn't get sued, we woulnd't need liability insurance. I'm sure if I had to search, I could come up with some court cases.

I anxiously await your research. In the meantime, let's base our discussion on facts, IOW, things we know to be true.
David, officiating is like every other job is this world. There are those that are great and there are those that are lousy. There are those that are dedicated and there are those that don't give a $hit. There are those that will always do their best and those....well, hopefully you get the picture. In the end, there's very little you can do about it, except complain on an Internet discussion forum.
