This is probaly an HTBT, but I'd like the Forum's opinion.
Batter squares with his bat waist-high. As the pitch comes in he sees it's going to be low and he bends at the knees to get down there - the bat never moving forward.
Are you calling strike under the theory that crouching down as the ball comes in lower is "holds the bat in the path of the ball" or "intent"? (2.8.1 FED; 2.00 OBR)
