On the 608's... Were the original insoles easily removed? Ie. Did they just slipped in and out or were they glued in. I've found the easy slip feature in most of the better running shoes, but it's been a bit harder to find it in shoes used for officiating and aerobics.

My NB 608 insoles slipped out. I used those for my cut-n-fit pattern.
