I think the real quesiton is were where his feet when Billips left the ground? From what I can see his heel may still be touching the circle when Billips jumps but it is hard to tell. The other thing I notice is that when Billips leaves the ground Horry's legs are very wide well past shoulder width apart. To me that is not LGP. I agree when contact occurs he has moved his foot under himself but that is too late.

So with 20/20 hindsight I think it is a block on two counts. The circle and the too wide stance. Having said that I could easily see it being called a charge given that he took it in the chest. I very difficult call but one I think that they got right. Also given that so many were being called blocks.

JMHO.
The position of the legs (width of stance) is only relevant if the contact is on the leg.
