Maybe I am reading this incorrectly.......but........if she continues with the pitch.......I don't see anything wrong with it......
Does she complete the pitch?? Or does she just stop?
BTW Terry 1........try not to post in all CAPS.......it is very hard to read and understand what you are saying.
I will try and clean up what your are trying to say.....
FED ball.....Pitcher steps onto the rubber with her hands seperated......
She hesitates and the hands come forward and then steps forward off of the rubber.............(STILL DON'T KNOW WHY SHE STEPS OF RUBBER).........Does she stop off with her pivot/non-pivot foot? Does she complete the pitch?
