Actually, I'd say that I can't recall reading more than 1 thread recently where the initial poster mentioned anything about overruling partner.
I remember some threads about a partner overruling the poster, and a great many more where some coach, fan, player, etc witnessed an official overruling another. Funny, that, when you think about it. Perhaps it's actually just perception, hmm?
