In general, complaints about umpire mechanics, hustle, etc. should not be raised during a game. They should be raised with the UIC or the umpire's chapter/association. IOW, with someone who can do something about it.
Remember, umpire mechanics are not in the rule book. Poor mechanics is not the basis for any kind of protest.
