Depends. The foul lines extend to the rear tip of home plate. A sort-of triangular shaped section of the front of the batter's boxes are in fair territory. It is about 25-30% of the box. So, if the ball is in the front part of the batter's box, it will be in fair territory. In the rear, in foul territory. In between you need to determine which side of the foul line it is on.
