Captains:
They never remember anything we say about rules so I just make sure they know that they are up here for a reason. That they are leaders and they are going to be held accountable in that regard.
Coaches:
Coaches box is marked
Everything from the bench comes through the head coach
Both sides are expected to communicate professionaly
I specifically don't ask them if they have any questions. Gives them a time to bring up something negative that has nothing to do with anything.
