Been 5 days now. Have seen some slight bruising in back behind the knee. Did some stretching with no discomfort and a walking and some jogging, which was slow. If I tried to speed up a little, did feel some discomfort then. Will be talking to a therapist today. Will be interesting to see what they have to say.
Thanks again for all the advice and trying to take it slow. I did like Mick's advice but don't think I'll try it just yet. Will sit at least tonights and Friday's game. Next scheduled game is next Monday.
