Working local league, 12U games tonite, solos.
Had two coaches that are always criticizing
and belly aching about calls. Added the
following to pre-game conference.

Ok coaches that about covers everything, except
this one item. You dont criticize my judgement
calls, and I wont criticize any of your decisisons.
