I thought I had read somewhere in the LL Rule Book that only the batter was allowed to have a bat in their hands. Rule 1.08 Note 1 states that there is no on-deck position but I was unable to find a rule prohibuting players from walking around with bats. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks...
