Correct for the most part, however....

If team A is inbounding the ball in their front court and they pass the ball and the player receiving the ball jumps from the front court, catches the ball in the air and lands in the back court, there is no violation.

I think it is important to note this exception, as this play has happened twice in my games this year.
Just to add to that:

There is no team control or player control during a throw-in, but on top of that there is NO frontcourt or backcourt either.
