I beg to differ. LL,Legion,BR,and PONY all play under OBR. I have the BR,PONY,and LL books all right here and I'm sure they are as I say. Maybe where you're from it's different but nationally it's OBR all the way. The only summer ball that uses FED nationally is AAU.
