It can't be "just" an intentional foul; since the ball was dead, that contact foul would be a technical foul...(now that technical *could* be intentional or flagrant, although your description doesn't sound like a flagrant) ...calling an intentional forced B2 to shoot the foul shots; calling a T, then anyone from B could have shot the foul shots; your sitch is a good example I'll use to remind myself to slow down at the point of the call...
