You don't get the point I'm trying to make, which probably means others don't as well.
So (clears throat, steps up to microphone) "I was wrong. The T was totally unwarranted and the result of my shortcomings. I will apologize to the coach for calling it should I get his team in the future. As pentence, I will refuse to take compensation for the next two games I am asked to officiate. Thank you."
