I reread your post a couple of times and figured out that you must know those folks & were giving them a hard time. Maybe I didn't read it the way it was meant to sound the first time - sounds like that's what Elaine did.
She's all right. And from some of her past self-descriptions, I think she may have pulled out the "family" album & is showing them on some recent posts.
As for checking with a partner who's in C, why not. I'll tell partners that I will go to them just about everytime a catchers asks and they're to give me whatever they have. But with 2 strikes, I'm telling catcher's - no, I'm not checking on that one.
