No, but there was some memo that came out from the (I think it was)Wisconsin state association that clearly stated that any NBA logo headbands and sweatbands were not legal for NFHS play. I even think someone put it on this forum.
The rationale was basically that the NBA is not the manufacturer, so the 2 1/4 in. logo rule does not apply.
I happen to agree.
PS Note that it is two and a quarter inches.
