Quick Question...did you call time because you saw that the runner on third WASNT coming home, and it wasnt a planned play? Calling time on a 3ball count is a fast way to get into a lot of hot water.......as for how to stay out of that situation....we emphasize being VERY careful about ringing right handed ball players up from the C position. Its kinda hard to justify NOT asking if you are the plate ump....
