Not exactly.
Just meant that I don't stop the clock to get it down. The net will stay hung up on the rim until a shot pushes it back down, or until the whistle sounds for some unrelated matter. At that point (whistle sounding), I may -- if it's convenient -- take the ball and knock the net down.
