OK then, why would someone else think its not?
Really, have any of you had someone with an explanation as to why they might feel home plate is foul? When you look at the field, lines, bases etc., how can you even think the plate is not fair? It should be so obvious that a rule that reads "Home plate is fair" might seem silly. Then again, hands are not considered part of the bat was added!
