Well, if we're gonna get into semantics, let's use the right wording. Definition for Foul Ball states

Now, that seed that started that tree was
FOREIGN to the ground. Although natural to nature, it's still foreign when it grows up big and hangs over the playing field to give the umpire shade. Soooooo, foul ball.
