You pointed out a hypen mistake last time, and I was -- I think -- justifiably unimpressed.

I certainly want to thank you for showing me this one. Indeed, the seven inches you speak of is not correct. But that's because I have misprinted the length of the metal bat. It is not 35 inches, as I state in Section 170, but 36 inches, as Bob Jenkins carefully points out.

For owners of the BRD please correct the first NCAA as follows:
    The maximum length of a non-wood bat is 36 inches, diameter, 2 5/8 inches; weight, not more than 3 units less than the length; for example, a 36-inch bat could not weight less than 33 ounces.


I intend to collect all of the known typos into an ERRATA sheet. Everyone who is a registered owner will get that Sheet by April 1. (That should give all the eagle eyes a chance to find mistakes.)
