Question

Where should the first batter stand when the opposing pitcher is warming up?

I always thought that the batter was required to be in the on deck circle and not up near the plate timing the pitchers pitches.

Is there something in the rulebook to cover this in NFHS or OBR?

How do you handle it?

At any rate it seems that I am wiser than he is to this small extent, that I do not think that I know what I do not know. ~Socrates
