In Oregon we have individual associations and all regular season games are assigned by individual associations.
Then when the playoffs roll around the GAMES are assigned to the individual associations by the state office and the officials are then assigned by the indivdual associations.
Nevada is done the same method as Oregon!
In Arizona every varsity game and every assignment for every varsity game are assigned out of the state office!!!
