			On a side note, from a strategic standpoint, the best way to handle this would be to have B inbound the ball and play on, then at the first stoppage of play after which B would be inbounding have the player not in the book sub in.  Likely A will commit some violation or foul not too long after play has started and then all they are giving up is 2 shots.  HS coach taught me this lesson.  He said never commit a technical when you have more to lose than 2 shots.
